Have you

 - copied and pasted the queries from the other templates into a single
template and adjusted the cachedwithin attribute or
 - are you using a cfinclude or cfmodule file which includes or returns
each query that you're caching?

If you are using (1), there's a chance that the queries aren't getting
flushed as they aren't perceived as being identical to the cached ones
by ColdFusion when you run the template where the cachedwithin attribute
is CreateTimeSpan(0, 0, 0, 0).

As someone mentioned, even a difference in whitespace is enough to
prevent the cached query from being flushed -- hence (2) the suggestion
to just have a single section of code that generates and includes or
returns the query.
