If any of you have a spare couple of mins could you have a look at

on.
If you resize the screen so that you have to scroll up or down to see other
parts of the page, you see me drop down lists disappear - scrolling at
different speeds shows funny behaviour. Then if you refresh the page they
reappear!
I originally had a table bg image and thought it might be this - so removed
it and added a table bg colour of navy but alas it is still happening. I
also tried applying a BG colour of pink with CSS to the top drop down but it
seems so make no difference. I have no idea what might be causing this but I
do know that I don't want it left like this!! help please
