I would use the Windows (assuming it's a windows machine) Performance
Monitor that plugs into coldfusion processes to keep an eye on the
server performance throughout the test and then generate heavy load on
different parts of the site and the box by using something like OpenSTA
(http://opensta.org/) .

Subject: [ cf-dev ] Server Performance

Hi Guys

Here we're currently working on a site which looks like its having
problems
with load and its due to go live monday.

Whats the best way to stress test a CF website (it's an intranet) and
monitor its performance?

Kind Regards
Mark Smyth
