ah, I was trying to use the Request scope and failing. I'll try one of the others and see if that works.
What I'm really wanting to do is display on pageA.cfm, the recordcount of the query from pageB.cfm. I'm not sure how the use of the iframe complicates things (does pageB get processed by cfserver *after* pageA?).
