Are u saying that mail with a ' in the address is being delivered?
You sure it's not just bouncing to a non existant FROM address

Well the thing is, it is working now for some reason- and it's not
usually a user's fault for having an invalid address, it would be the
sys admin's fault in most cases. It would be rather unfair to delete the
user because of that.
