Does it work if you

 - specify in cfapplication setclientcookies="no"
 - manually set the cfif and cftoken cookies in Application.cfm using

<cfif not isDefined("cookie.cfid")>
   <cfcookie name="cfid" value="#session.cfid#">
   <cfcookie name="cftoken" value="#session.cftoken#">
</cfif>

 - specify the domains you're using by adding the domain attribute to
the cfcookie tags above
 domain=".domain1.com,.domain2.com"

(guessing the last bit here).
