I just looked more on the site where i found the information about it and it
is documentation for CF 3.1 - so maybe they have changed the names since
then?

Richard, afaik cfexec.log looks to be the same as executive.log. I'd
recommend:

hi guys
i was looking on the web for more info about the information that each CF
Log file holds and I came across the following page:

This says that there is a cfexec.log which monitors problems with CF
hanging
etc.
I don't have a log file called cfexec.log.
I have one called executive.log - is this the same thing and if not how do
i
get a cfexec.log created?
