Does anyone have a sql script that changes a parent, child table like so :
Famous five - (parent = null )
- girls (parent Famous five)
- George (parent girls)
- Ann (parent girls)
- boys (parent Famous five)
- Julian (parent boys)
- Dick (parent boys)
- Animals (parent Famous five)
- Timmy the dog (parent animals)
to the nested tree model (ala clecko)
Famous five - (parent = null ) (left 1 right 18)
- girls (parent Famous five) (left 2 right 7)
- George (parent girls) (left 3 right 4)
- Ann (parent girls) (left 5 right 6)
- boys (parent Famous five) (left 8 right 13)
- Julian (parent boys) (left 9 right 10)
- Dick (parent boys) (left 11 right 12)
- Animals (parent Famous five) (left 14 right 17)
- Timmy the dog (parent animals) (left 15 right 16)
I could write it but thought I'd save the writting/ testing etc....
