Actinic, manages your customers, prints out invoices/packing lists, sends out emails as you need to on the client computer as well as being able to knock up a reasonably good front-end website. I use it on www.collectandplay.com It just gets the job done and has a company behind it with a decent team of developers (version 7 due out this spring so make sure you buy a year subscription). You will need to install perl on your server, but this is not really an issue. E-commerce software is all down to ease of use...and this is very good.
