Well, the main thing I want to do is have the following url directed to the one after 
that.
www.sample.com/sneakerwarmers 
www.sample.com/products/productcategory/sneakerwarmers.cfm

Since the first URL doesn't call a cfm page, I had to use IIS's 404 setting.
