Open IIS, right click site, properties > Home directory tab > configuration

Create a new application mapping for .php to the same executable path as you have for .cfm (ie path to Jrun.dll), configure for ALL verbs, restart IIS and you should be happy.

How do I get a particular file extension to run the the CF server under IIS?

In particular I need .php extension to run through the CF server. I know
this is bad practice but I have the following issue with an app:
