i have written:
<a href="index.cfm?event=cfdeveloper.co.uk"> in a page to point to the site;
then i'writte a page named exit_page.cfm:
<cflocation url="#request.event.getArg('where')#" addtoken="no">
in mach-ii.xml
<event-handlers>
...
<event-handler event="cfdeveloper.co.uk" access="public">
<event-arg name="where" value="http://www.cfdeveloper.co.uk"; />
<view-page name="exit_page" />
....
</event-handlers>
<page-views>
...
<page-view name="exit_page" page="/views/public/exit_page.cfm" />
...
</page-views>
works fine to have multiple exit point from the controller
