It might be the web server caching, or even a caching proxy in between your browser and the server.
 
Set your browser to always get content, delete cache and reboot to be sure to be sure. Then try again.
 
I won't ask these questions though: "Are you sure you're uploading to the correct folder on the server? Are you sure you're uploading the newer file?"

Do the cfdev servers cache Flash Movies? I have been doing some Flash updates to my movies (adding CF URL strings with all sorts of params) but they are not updating on the server. I have tested them locally and they work fine. I have also cleared out all objects in IE and deleted my history (so its not my browser doing the caching).

 

Any ideas
