In that case it would probably be easier to replace activedit with soeditor lite (free) which has that functionality built in.

I looked at their site and even posted my question there. Still no answer from them though.

Subject: [ cf-dev ] ActivEdit Help

Hi all,

I have inherited an application that used activedit 3.0. I need to add a function to it and I am having a bit of difficulty. I need to add a button that when clicked it pops up a form where the user can add <img> tag attributes, very similliar to the image properties form. I have the button opening the form with no problems. My problem is getting the <img> tag built and back into the activedit window. Can someone point me in the direction of being able to post information back into the activedit window?

Thanks,
Chris
