Core times are 10:00-12:00 & 14:00-15:30 So you could work just 31/2 hours on one day and then make up the other hours in the week. You are not allowed more than -5 hours and you can take 2 days in an 8 week period as flexi leave provided you have accumulated the hours. I have 28days anuual leave all the bank holiday Mondays and for some reason we have the following Tuesdays too. (Known as local government Tuesday) What equates to 13 days flexi (Oh yes I make sure I get mine in) and because I work superflexi (given to those with too many years service) I bank any hours above 15 in an eight week period. Banked hours can be taken back to back upto a maximum of two weeks (Thats another 2 weeks off) To top it all we know have the working otherwise scheme ...... This allows you to swan off whenever yo like and say the magic password "I AM WORKING FROM HOME".
