Hashing is one-way encryption. Can be beaten (usually slowly) by brute force password guessers.
 
How desperate are you to find the password?
 
What the others guys are saying makes sense. Take the password management away from yourself (as the sys admin). Let users request new passwords be e-mailed to their account's e-mail address.

You can't.
 
All you can do is generate a random password and send it to the user.
You will then have to save that new password (Hashed) in your database.
