SELECT REPLACE('date','/','-')
Bearing in mind that the select in a crystal report and Paul needs to
update his data you mean :
UPDATE tbldate
SET date = REPLACE(date,'/','-')
;)
I echo what Stephen said - if you are storing dates as text consider
yourself slapped silly again...
