Aha - yes that is it. It didn't have the everyone user in there but when
I ticked the inherit permissions thing it was fine.
Do I have to go into each file individually and make this change then?
Bit of a pain!

Nice machine!! I still have my wildone tucked in a cupboard in the
utility - I've been meaning to finish making the aluminium sump guard
for oh about 10 years now. You've got me peering through the catalougues

looking to see whats what and wondering whether I'd get away with
clearing some of the wasteland out the back to run a small track on.....

No no, must resist! The wife will kill me!

Ahem... back to the matter at hand...

Have you checked the user access rights? Does the anonymous IIS user
have access to the WMV. Windows files often have a habit of dragging
ownership with them rather than inheriting the ownership of the folder
they are in.
