It's in the throws of being redesigned by it's owner so it may be a tad iffy at times.
Otherwise I recommend you sign up at the CFEclipse project site so you can log bugs, request new features and take part in the lively mailing list we have.
There are are huuuuge amounts of tools available. Either use the website mentioned by Neil a moment ago, or just do a search on Google. I generally find what I'm looking for by using "eclipse plugin <thing I'm looking for>".
