Gawd... Just went and read the text on the site to get you an example... Shows its been a long time since I used that link!!! Looks like all their tools are obsolete for one reason or another!
I would use Duncan's suggestion instead - at least it'll stay up to date as long as you keep getting GeoIP data updates and 93% accurancy is ok....
