I know you can get it direct form royal mail but am also looking for some other sources to get the best price.
However, googling "postcode data uk" turns up http://www.xyzmaps.com/postcode.htm
They claim to be authorised Royal Mail reseller, selling whole UK postcode data for £300, which sounds pretty good to me....
