Hi all, I remember once getting in a warm-blooded discussion with the various people involved in the Dok€os "Community" at the time because we didn't communicate about our development, and now I'm feeling a bit lost about the topics I see whooshing past in the Mercurial e-mails for Chamilo 2.0.
Is there a central place where every development topic is summarily explained?
