I think this is a very good idea. We already wanted to to this last year
when we were playing a bit with unit testing but since we didn't have a
clear structure back then (php / resources split) it was to hard to
remove all the test folders for all tha packages. Now the architectural
changes are finished and it's very easy to just add that folder.
