I did a change in support.chamilo.org so that issues marked "Testing" are not considered "closed" and hence do not disappear from the issues list.
I think it is important in a quality assurance perspective that all issues marked "testing" are voluntarily closed (resolved, closed or rejected) before they disappear from our minds. I thought it was like that already, but we just realized 17 issues we considered closed for 1.8.8 were in fact "not that closed". Any objection, please argue.
