if this is still a problem you can:

1 admin->cache reset all
2 set the system to test in admin->settings
3 SystemCache::is_active return false
4 clear the cache of the broswer

1 will reset the cache system in case an invalid file was sent and is buffered on the client side
2 will disable client caching of css
3 will disable all caching

Would like to hear what the issue is about but typically if you transmitted an invalid css file and it is cache by the browser then the browser is not going to fetch it anymore. That is unless you reset the url - 1 - or reset the cache of the browser.

Hello all

I have pulled the latest code from the dev and I am not able to get a running platform anymore. I wasn't able to reinstall either without removing my configuration file. After a few fixes with a problem that i had with anonymous functions i still had a broken layout (read: no correct css). I've heard from my interns that this is a problem that only shows on unix / mac osx systems. Is it possible to somehow disable the latest added code so we can continue our work. The deadline for the merge is getting very close and every hour that we lose now with a broken platform is an hour too much.

Thanks in advance.
