After a very very long search i found the problem for this bug.
Apparently to load the ckeditor config the system makes use of Path ::
get(REL_PATH) and the rel path works with the url_append configuration.
It seems like when you install on a different location then
myhost.com/chamilo the system fails to load the config file of the
ckeditor. I'll try to search in the installer why the url append is
always /chamilo
