Well, you can check that easily by just using another decorator and/or another
decoration theme. If the problem persists, the problem most likely is the one
in question, if not, your problem is a different one and we should unlink those
two bugs.
I linked them because
a) only Nvidia people are experiencing both issues
b) Xrender is used for shadow generation as well as for drawing the rest of the
decoration.
