When setting an application full screen (like Totem video player, Firefox,...),
and then restoring it back to a non full-screen mode, the window decoration
buttons (maximize, restore, minimize, close,...) are not shown in Emerald. When
hovering the mouse over the location where they should be, the tooltips appear,
and when clicking, the desired action is taken. They are just not drawn. When
restoring, minimizing or maximizing the window, the buttons reappear.
