I had filed this bug report before under compiz itself but now after extensive
troubleshooting, I know for sure the problem lies with emerald. Upon upgrading
nvidia drivers to 169 series or better, if emerald is set as the window
decorator, and the K icon in konqueror is clicked to open a duplicate window,
X crashes. I have tried this on 2 different boxes and have completely wiped out
every file emerald had left behind and recompiled. After then switching to
emerald from kde win decorator, a couple of dupe windows and X crashes. Why
this didn't occur with the 100 series nvidia drivers, I don't know but when not
running emerald, all is fine.
