Summary: Window Geometry Occasionally Destroyed
Product: Compiz Fusion
Version: 0.7.4
Platform: PC
OS/Version: Linux
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: minor
Priority: P3
Component: -Unknown
AssignedTo: [email protected]
ReportedBy: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
On rare occasions, for no apparent reason, the window polygons' geometry
becomes corrupted. Usually this happens while I'm away and XScreenSaver is
running, but I've seen it while using Firefox too. Out of the blue, any window
that redraws becomes a mess of triangles, which quickly take over the screen as
the mouse is moved. The textures are intact, it just looks as if someone
shattered the monitor.
It's especially noticeable when this happens if you move the mouse down the
buddy list in Pidgin. Each screen name will turn into a mess of triangles as
you move past it.
