Initial patch which makes left, right, up and down puts relative to the
opposite coordinates
Placement of the window in the desired *direction* relative to the windows
current position is a desirable feature. Actually, having this would enable
the currently required 9 key bindings to place a window in any given corner or
side of the screen could be done with just 5 key bindings with this feature
(want to put bottom right? Put right, then put bottom. The window is now on
the bottom right).
