Patch fixing the hsize/vsize typo in the Put plugin
Due to a typo, upward PutViewport moves are tested against the number of
viewports in the horizontal direction rather than the vertical, causing
incorrect behavior for certain values of hsize and vsize. This patch fixes the
issue for me.
