Yes they are outdated. Unfortunately, anything input in the X Server
at the moment is like chasing a moving target with MPX and all. I'll
patch a stable version that has MPX support as soon as it's out, but
for now, here are the commits I use:

xserver : c5086badf0387d4d5af10882de90a1faa180550f
libXcomposite: 16ae68423eb30639d880445c6bbe70d539e4b198

You'll probably need to use commits in your working tree from around
those times.
