Window preview only appear for applications that are not minimized. For
programs that are running and currently minimized no preview is shown. When
mousing-over the task-bar no preview window pops up, and when cycling through
the alt+tab or super-tab list, minimized programs are displayed using their
icons only.
The Window Preview plugin should be fixed so that it shows preview for
applications that are minimized as well.
