Because of the nature of compiz, the fact that it is a compositing manager
and that nearly all plugins depend on opengl and composite, I would say no.
These should be built with core in my opinion. I believe that
non-compositing bits should be viewed as a fallback (which makes me wonder
if crashhandler should take advantage of this somehow).
