Compiz 0.9.4 is released!

This is a development revision of the Compiz 0.9.4 release

The Compiz 0.9.4 tarballs are available at
http://releases.compiz.org/0.9.4/ .
You can verify these tarballs using the sha1sums in
http://releases.compiz.org/0.9.4/compiz-0.9.4.sha1 , which are
signed by Compiz Release Team GPG key (C2B8F46E) at
http://releases.compiz.org/0.9.2/compiz-0.9.4.sha1.asc .
Please note that each component is also available in its own directory in
http://releases.compiz.org/components/ .

* Main loop now based on the GLib main loop, timers and watches ported
to glib sources
* Moved image and data generation into buildsystem extensions and
namespaced plugin data
* Clip window shadows where it makes sense
* Fixed a number of 2D decoration issues
* Support for different frame types in the GTK decorator

plugins-main:

 * Fixed a number of issues in the widget plugin
 * Fixed a viewport calculation issue
 * Fixed "dead screen edge regions" where edge drag in wall is only
activated on DnD

 * Added match object to match windows in a group (eg group=1)

 * Added python 3 support
 * Added cython 0.14 support

 * Update for newer pygtk, removed libsexy usage

 * Fixed settings going into /allscreens
 * Changed paths so 0.8x and 0.9x settings don't conflict.
