Here's what I propose for review: Simply post all potential commits to the ml for discussion. After 5 days, if there is no comment, it will be assumed the patch is acceptable. Else, maintain discussion until an acceptable solution has been reached.
Also, in order to promote development, we should begin creating pages on obby that defines what the goals are for the coming release so effort can be concentrated. (This might belong in another thread though.)
