Hi,
The current situation, in my opinion is: Unity 3D, even if it becomes
more accessible, doesn't ships some colours customizations allowed by
gnome2 (and MATE). So, to have a fully accessible desktop for blind and
people with low vision, I'd like to have MATE + Compiz working, MATE
works with a scren reader.
Knowing all that, here's my questions:
1. Does Compiz plan to stay a Windows Manager on other desktops as
Unity, such as MATE and Openbox (the most usable desktops today with
it). Or is there a focus on Unity?
2. What should I download to re-introduce the package in Debian? is
there a single package? several packages? Are there modules or addons
beyond a core? If you think I could find any useful info about the
technical project structure, please let me a link.
My purpose anyway: re-introduce Compiz in Debian for October, before
testing peeeze.
Best regards,
