We have seen this warning if you are running MIC on a FC9 host. For some
reason, it spits out an error even though it succeeds in completing that
step. Try out the image with KVM and see if it works.

From the looks of it, the project name 'Project1' does not exist.
Please note that project/target names are case sensitive. Check to see
if the project you created shows up in the project list of MIC GUI? See
if you can create an image using the GUI.
