Hi Owen,

First, It needs to install scim, scim-hangul, im-switch.
Second, Moblin's LANG doesn't set. So you add new line in 
/etc/X11/Xsession.d/25ume-config-common_startup(e.g.)

export LANG=ko_KR.UTF-8
