I have just installed MIC and met the similar problem as you, most of
the problems you met is due to some package missing, or current package does
not support inttool.
You need to download or find the corresponding packages and install
them first, then try to install MIC again.
For the Error
checking for XML::Parser... configure: error: XML::Parser perl module
is
required for intltool
the missing package is
XML-Parser-2.36
For the warning
configure.ac:28: warning: macro `AM_GNU_GETTEXT' not found in library
configure.ac:29: warning: macro `AM_GNU_GETTEXT_VERSION' not found in
the missing package is
gettext-0.17
I guess you may miss other packages during the installation, you may install
the missing packages according to the configure check report.
