For gcc, there would be some atom-specific optimization IN THE FUTURE.
For Icc, Intel had finished atom-specific optimization with the latest version 
(you can find related info by searching in intel.com).

At current, Moblin v2 is using gcc-4.3.3 but with some specific compiler flags.
