On F10-x86_64 you can simply install the i386 (or i686) GNU libc
libraries as well as the i386 version of zlib. Also install the
package syslinux (there's just a 64 bit version but that's fine as it
is not linked against but instead run from MIC).

I run MIC2 here on a F10-x86_64 box and it runs just fine.
