DPDK vrouter is not yet officially supported. It is scheduled to be
released with 2.30 later this year.
The compute node will need to be provisioned to enable DPDK in the testbed
file. Doing this manually
may involve a fair amount of work (more below).

1. How to start the "contrail-vrouter-dpdk" process? any parameter needs to
pass in?
contrail-vrouter-dpdk -no-daemon
2. How to debug the error condition? where is the log stored?
/var/log/contrail/*dpdk*
3. Do I need to un-bind the NIC driver for this vRouter DPDK process to start?
Will the vRouter DPDK process set the DPDK environment before the process
starts? or any script I need to run before hand?
These will be taken care of by compute node provisioning. Otherwise, this will
need to be done manually using DPDK utilities.
4. Could the CLI utility tools be used here without any modification?
Yes, if the compute node has been provisioned for DPDK.
