Hello Kevin

The nova comands shall run on both nova compute node and nova controller
node.You should export the credentials to gain acess for using nova
APIs.You can try running these commands manually on both controller node
and compute node.

export OS_TENANT_NAME=admin;export OS_USERNAME=admin;
export OS_PASSWORD="your-password";
export OS_AUTH_URL="http://your-ip:35357/v2.0/";
