There was such discussion already at least once [1]
No need to open new discussion, need to act and as Contrail devs are not
even able to fix their CI and merge my fixes nor fix contrail-packages
vs. contrail-packaging clash, I don't expect they are going do make
things better.

Proper packaging needs to come from community and I guess we will soon
have resources to start working on this.
