Hi all,

Here are some draft notes/minutes from today's call:

About the smooth transition item:

Suggestion to look at onap / kubernetes transition models

Veto powers or by the power of majority (appointed TSC with Juniper majority)
1 release cycle (6-9 months)

I will send out a poll in the mailing list soon to get opinions.

About moving from a TSC WG to a proper TSC and how this will be planned with
the OpenContrail 5.0 release cycle:

4.1 to be released (potential 1 maintenance)
April 2017 Release 5.0

For 5.0 from Juniper planning for 2nd Summit (to be confirmed):

- list of features in launchpad + blueprints
- Release schedule

We will have an "interim TSC" during 5.0 cycle. At the end of the cycle we will
decide how one can be member of the TSC.

It would be great if non Juniper engineers could be involved in the development
cycle and working on implementing the features and blueprints for the 5.0 cycle.

About review of the TSC Charter doc:

No comments received, so the deadline for Governance WG to review extended EOD
Wednesday - After that deadline document will be final if no more comments get
added.

About reviewing of the document on breaking the OpenContrail git trees into
subprojects:

Joseph to upload the list of packages needed from the OS. - DONE
Rudra (or someone appointed by him) will review from Juniper.
Joseph to broadcast again the call for action for hands on people to give
further input. - DONE

Regards,

Joseph
