Correct. All existing LF-N members (by default are also LF members) require no additional money to participate in the project at corporate level.

Yandex cannot be a corporate member without paying both LF and LF-N dues. But you can be an individual member (this requires no dues). This allows you to participate in the project and be a member of any of the technical committees. This leaves governance committee. We have not made a decision to make it pure merit based board. I need to take a look and see how the other LF-N projects react. If we do not raise enough revenue for the LF-N. We will not have many seats on the governance, marketing or TAC, which means limited marketing and support funds.
