How in a custom builder do you retrieve binary build content (from e.g. the --from-dir flag)? https://docs.openshift.org/latest/dev_guide/builds.html#binary-source does not seem to give any clues. SOURCE_URI comes in blank. Is there a secret handshake I'm missing?
