The GitHub release page has been updated for v1.3.0-rc1 <https://github.com/openshift/origin/releases/tag/v1.3.0-rc1> and Docker images have been pushed.
Thanks to everyone for the hard work over the last few months to continue to stabilize and improve Kubernetes and OpenShift. We expect to make this release official soon - please provide feedback when deploying if you encounter any substantial issues.
